About these terms

AdWatch360 is a campaign-management product owned and operated by Plum Ads LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company headquartered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. The product is used internally by the Plum Ads operations team to launch Google Search Ads campaigns associated with our affiliate marketing activities. AdWatch360 is not offered as a service to external customers and is not resold or white-labeled. Access is restricted to authorized employees and contractors of Plum Ads LLC. The terms below apply to anyone granted such access.

Acceptable use

Use the tool only for the purpose of managing Google Ads campaigns within accounts authorized by Plum Ads LLC.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access other users' data, or extract source code or design elements.
Do not use the tool to create campaigns that violate Google Ads policy, Amazon's affiliate program rules, or any applicable law.

Intellectual property

AdWatch360, including its source code, design, and name, is the property of Plum Ads LLC. Internal use does not transfer any ownership rights.

Third-party services

Sign-in is delegated to Google via OAuth. Google's terms of service and privacy policy apply to that authentication step. Campaign data submitted to Google Ads is governed by the Google Ads Terms of Service and the Google Ads API Terms of Service, both of which Plum Ads accepts on behalf of its authorized users.

Disclaimer

AdWatch360 is provided to authorized internal users on an "as is" basis. Plum Ads makes no warranties about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of third-party data displayed inside the tool. Operators are expected to review every campaign before activation.

Termination

Plum Ads may revoke a user's access to AdWatch360 at any time, with or without cause. On termination, the user's account is disabled but their previously-saved drafts remain available to other authorized users until manually deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States of America. Plum Ads LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming with its registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
